Apsara Restaurant Da Nang is possibly Danang’s most exclusive dining experience for traditional Vietnamese food. The first thing you notice about Apsara is the setting, it grabs your attention even before you walk in the door. In the large garden out front of the restaurant is a replica of a Cham tower, similar to what you will see if you visit My Son sanctuary, about 60 km from Da Nang. The Cham Tower replica is set among a nice garden which is beautifully lit at night.
Once inside the Apsara restaurant you can tell that this is not a typical Vietnamese restaurant, the stage, the delicately set tables and the well dressed waiters give a sense of something different. The menu has typical Vietnamese dishes as well as some specialties that are hard to find somewhere else.
At dinner time, you should not miss a performance of Cham performing arts – Apsara dance as well as live music performance every night that begin at about 7.00PM. The Apsara restaurant is popular with up market tour groups who come here for quite a unique dining experience. It is clear that a lot of effort has been made to make this place stand out from the crowd, the quality of service from the staff is as noticeable as the Cham Tower in the garden.
