Da Nang Museum is located on the grounds of the old Dien Hai citadel – a historical monument of the country, where marks the battle against the French-Spanish troops of Danang people (1858-1860).
Da Nang Museum showcases and introduces over 2,500 documents and artifacts on an area of 3000 m2 including the main themes of natural and social history of Da Nang; History of the Revolution; War relics of the US military in Da Nang and its vicinity; Cultural characteristics of ethnic groups in Da Nang and Quang Nam.
